Mixed doubles round robin generator

A mixed doubles round robin pairs one man and one woman on every team and gives everyone a new partner each round. Type how many of each you have and get the full schedule: courts, rounds and, for odd numbers, who sits out. Nobody partners the same person twice.

How the schedule works
Number the men M1, M2… and the women W1, W2…. The men meet each other by the circle method, the standard round robin rotation, so every man faces every other man once. Partners are then chosen so nobody partners the same person twice and nobody plays against the same woman more than twice. With an even number, everyone plays every round; with an odd number, one man and one woman sit out together each round, and each of them sits out once.

Uneven numbers
Seven men and five women? Two options: let two men team up for part of the session, or run a mixed Americano in the app, which keeps teams mixed whenever the numbers allow and picks fair sit-outs for the rest. Tag each player's group when you paste the names ("Name, 1" or "Name, 2").
Scoring
Because partners change, keep each player's own points (the Americano way) or count individual wins. Most points wins; ties go to games won. Players can enter their own court's score from a live link in the app.

One fewer than the number of men when it is even (8 men: 7 rounds), or equal to it when it is odd.
